Voice Actor: Sasaki Nozomu
Takefumi Tonami was classmates with Tsubaki, Rika, Tsubasa and Aya in the Middle high school. All the girls think he's very attractive now, but as a child he was chubby (picture on the border O_o) and often picked on by other kids. The only person to defend him was Tsubaki, but she was only looking out for him because the teacher asked her to. She also treated him like her slave.

Tonami is similar to Yukino. He is pretending to be the perfect boy, decieving Tsubaki so that she will regret the way she treated him when they were children. At the time Tsubaki was protecting him, he believed that he was special to her, but she crushed this belief when she said she had been told to look out for him by the teacher.

Later Tonami decided that he would become the kind of person who Tsubaki would be attracted to (for revenge's sake of cause ^_~). When he transfers to Yukino's school in episode 19, Tsubaki doesn't recognise him because he has changed so much. He's become smart, athletic, tall and handsome and academically is ranking almost as well as Arima and Yukino. But how long can he keep up his pretence before he lets Tsubaki know his feelings?
