When we first meet Yukino, she wears an artificial face, one where she appears to be the model student. She's intelligent, kind, hard working, and beautiful to boot. She strives to be good at everything there is to be good at. However, at home she's a completely different person. She wears plain clothes, glasses, and appears to be altogether more relaxed. We see that she a vain girl who lives only for the self gratification of being admired by those around her. At home she wears her true face. Initially she sees Arima as a rival, however, after they become friends (and later boyfriend/girlfriend) she decides that she will show her true face to the world, rather than keeping up the facade.

This is irrelevant really, but I've noticed that Yukino tends to fight with people, and then make friends with them. Eg, Tsubasa, Arima, Asaba, Maho. (Images) They all fight in the beginning, and then become really great friends. *shrugs* Just a little observation. One note thought, when Yukino is mad she's REALLY mad. She goes crazy, and has a lot of um, special moves. The Mazinger Z Flying Shoe trick was especially spectacular. Tsubasa was once unfortunate enough to be on the recieving end of Yukino's wrath, and she ran like you wouldn't believe. Click here for a picture. ^^
